Delivery Terms
Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest after payment is completed. In cases of special situations like archival work, customers will be informed beforehand via the site.
Shipments are made via PTT Cargo or Yurtiçi Cargo, the choice of cargo service provider is made by the customer during the order. For special requests, single item shipments that fit into a mailbox or envelope can be sent via PTT registered mail or a different cargo service.
For domestic orders of 1000 TL or more, the shipping fee is covered by us. (all across Turkey)
Delivery times and conditions may vary in extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprisings, civil unrest, nuclear risks and hazards, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, and fire, as well as situations caused by the recipient (not being at the address, no authorized person to receive, recipient having moved, etc.).
You can receive your order from the courier by presenting a photo ID and signing.
When your order is delivered, you should open the package in the presence of the courier and check the product. This is especially important in cases of crushed, torn, opened, or wet packages. In an unexpected situation, if you encounter a problematic product, you should not accept the package and have the courier prepare a report for the package to be returned to us by the cargo company.
If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after checking their photo ID and taking their signature.
If no one is present at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with the phone number of the cargo company. There will be no second attempt to deliver to the notice address, and in this case, the customer must pick up the package from the branch. The recipient cannot be changed after the order is placed.
If the delivery address is specified as "internet cafe", "any coffee house", "branch addresses of cargo companies" or "any public area", the order will be canceled, and delivery will not be made to these addresses.
Return Conditions
All our customers have a legal right to return within 14 days under the consumer's 'Right of Withdrawal Without Reason'. Additionally, you can report and return products that you think have a manufacturing defect or any other issue within 14 days of receiving them.
You can return your product free of charge with the courier company we work with. If you return the product with any courier company other than the one we work with, the shipping fee will be borne by the sender, and if the shipping fee is not covered by the sender and the return is made via a different courier company on a collect basis, Jineps Antique reserves the right to deduct the shipping fee from the refund amount.
You may be asked to share the tracking code after sending your package. Please keep the shipping tracking number.
You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. You can inform us about your return by contacting our support section and send your product back with its invoice via the courier company on a collect basis. Once your request reaches us, it will be evaluated, and you will receive a notification email.
Make sure to return the product complete, with the original invoice, undamaged packaging, unused, and not damaged due to user error, including the order number and the correct address of Jineps Antique.
If the product invoice is issued in the name of an institution, the 'RETURN INVOICE' issued by the institution must be sent along with the product, excluding the shipping fee, in the form of 'Product Unit Price + VAT'.
The product's box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, should be complete and undamaged within the package you return to us. Returns of products with damaged original packaging, tampered with, or damaged due to any use will not be accepted. Returns of any software, programs, RECORDS, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, computer and stationery items are only accepted if the packaging is unopened, intact, unused, and untested.
Once your return reaches us:
You will receive a notification email, and once your return is approved, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts with the receipt of the returned product by us. (Mandatory according to General Communiqué No. 385 of the Tax Procedure Law). The reflection period of your refund on your credit card statement varies depending on your bank. If there is a delay in the reflection of your refund on your credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank with the Return Transaction Number included in the information email we sent you.
Exchange Conditions
At Jineps Antique, we do not offer exchanges for any purchases regardless of the nature of the product. However, you can return the product within 14 days from the time of receipt by fulfilling the conditions mentioned above.
