User Information Notice

This Information Notice has been prepared by Jineps Antique – Uğur Gerger (“Jineps Antique”), acting as the data controller, in order to provide explanations and inform Jineps Antique customers/users about the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”).

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data collected by Jineps Antique will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. In line with the following purposes:

• Planning and execution of customer/user satisfaction activities

• Planning and/or execution of market research activities for the sale and marketing of products and services

• Planning and/or execution of marketing processes of products and/or services

• Planning and/or execution of processes to obtain the highest benefit from the products or services offered by Jineps Antique

• Planning and execution of sales processes of products and/or services

• Planning and/or execution of after-sales support services activities

• Planning and/or execution of customer/user relationship management processes

• Tracking customer/user requests and/or complaints

• Tracking contract processes and/or legal claims

• Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial security of Jineps Antique and related individuals within the scope of corporate procedures and/or relevant legislation

• Planning and execution of information security processes

• Establishment and management of information technology infrastructure

• Tracking financial and/or accounting affairs

• Tracking legal affairs

• Conducting efficiency and/or suitability analyses of business activities

• Planning and execution of corporate communication activities

• Planning and execution of logistic activities

• Planning and execution of production and/or operation processes

• Planning and execution of Jineps Antique's commercial and/or business strategies

• Management of relationships with business partners and/or suppliers

2. Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred and Purpose of Transfer

Your personal data collected by Jineps Antique may be shared with legally authorized public institutions and private individuals and other persons within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

3. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reason

Your personal data is collected electronically via e-mail, relevant internet sites, and social media accounts that provide access to Jineps Antique and/or through the call center channel. Your personal data may be processed and shared within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and the legal reasons and purposes specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this Information and Consent Text.

 

4. Personal Data Processed with Your Explicit Consent by Jineps Antique and Processing Purposes

With your explicit consent given by approving this Information and Consent Text, Jineps Antique may process the following personal data and share it with the relevant business units for the purposes specified below:

• Identification information, contact information, customer and customer transaction information, and marketing information shared within the scope of your legal relationship with Jineps Antique, such as e-mail instant notifications, determination of user habits for targeting, profiling, and analysis, discounted campaign offers, personalized content presentation, digital marketing, remarketing, advertising, evaluation, analysis, and optimization of advertisements made to you, evaluation and analysis of advertisements made to you, planning and developing processes related to Jineps Antique's business and strategies.

Additionally, your user information, such as your username, order information, and address, shared within the scope of your legal relationship with Jineps Antique, may be shared with suppliers for the purposes of planning and executing supplier performance management processes and preventing fraudulent activities.

 

5. Rights of the Data Subject

As the data subject under Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed

• To request information if your personal data is processed

• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose

• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad

• To request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred

• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear, despite being processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred

• To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems

• To request the compensation of the damage in case of suffering damage due to the processing of personal data unlawfully

As data subjects, you can submit your requests regarding your rights at http://www.jinepsantique.com using the methods specified in the User Agreement. Jineps Antique will conclude your request free of charge within the shortest time and within thirty days at the latest. However, if the process requires an additional cost, Jineps Antique reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
